The island of Nosy Komba is the highest island of the Nosy Be archipelago (622m above sea level), without electricity, roads, or cars, but some spectacular trails that cross the island.
The island of volcanic origin is covered with a rich and dense tropical forest.
The path that we offer crosses the lemur park, early in the morning (to avoid the crowd of tourists). Then continues to the top of the island through the forest, cocoa plantations, ylang-ylang, bananas, vanilla, coffee, pepper, and many small authentic villages of local farmers.
Organic lunch is provided, in a completely ecological refuge where all the products are grown on-site.
You will also taste a typical Malagasy dish – romazava. Made with poultry or zebu, accompanied by rice and fresh fruit.
